About me

I’m Astrid Ricketts, a qualified nutritionist and behaviour change specialist who helps organisations improve performance, resilience, and energy in ways that work in the real world.

My work sits at the intersection of nutrition science, behaviour change, and commercial strategy. I don’t design initiatives that look good on paper but fail under pressure. I use tested and optimised methods that deliver practical, evidence-based interventions for complex organisations - where time is limited, expectations are high, and outcomes matter.

My focus is simple: helping organisations replace burnout and cognitive exhaustion with energy, focus, and resilience - without compromising performance or commercial outcomes.

I bring over 20 years’ experience of collaborative corporate and strategic advisory work, 5+ years of clinical experience supporting sustainable behaviour change and advanced training in nutrition, psychology and lifestyle medicine.

This means I get both sides of the equation: what science says should work - and what organisations can actually implement and sustain.
